How do I place an order?

Open a product and click "Add to Cart", then at Checkout enter your address and phone to confirm the order. COD is available.

How does payment work?

For now, Cash on Delivery — pay when you receive the product. Online payment is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

How do I return an item?

Within 7 days of your order, contact support@arbsbuy.pk or raise a return request from your order.

Can I become a seller?

Yes! Register and apply via "Become a Vendor" — once approved, open your store and start selling.
