Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's a problem with a product, we help with returns and refunds.

When you can return

• The product is damaged, defective or incorrect
• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product is in original condition, with packaging

How to return

Raise a "Return Request" from your order or contact support@arbsbuy.pk. The return is processed after the seller's confirmation.

Refunds

For approved returns, refunds reach your bank/wallet within 7–10 business days. COD orders are refunded to your bank/wallet.

What can't be returned

Some items (such as personal care, innerwear, perishables) cannot be returned for health/safety reasons, unless damaged.
