For local products, delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 working days, while imported products may take around 15 to 30 working days depending on the supplier, customs, and courier handling.
What is the payment policy for imported items?
Imported items require a 50% advance payment at the time of checkout, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid before delivery is completed.
Are returns and refunds available?
Local products are eligible for returns and refunds according to our Return Policy. However, imported products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of major defects or if the wrong item is delivered.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for local products. Imported products, however, require advance payment only.
