Refund & Return Policy — Arbsbuy Pakistan

At Arbsbuy Pakistan, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience for both buyers and sellers. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased through the Arbsbuy Pakistan marketplace may be returned or refunded.

By placing an order on Arbsbuy Pakistan, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Marketplace Model

Arbsbuy Pakistan operates as an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers.

Products listed on the platform are sold and fulfilled by independent sellers, who are responsible for product quality, accuracy of listings, and order fulfillment.

Arbsbuy Pakistan facilitates the transaction and dispute resolution process but is not the direct seller of products listed on the platform.


2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • The product received is different from the description
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product is missing parts or accessories
  • The product was damaged during shipping

Return requests must be submitted within:

3 days after delivery

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • personal care products
  • used items
  • items damaged due to customer misuse
  • products without original packaging
  • items marked as non-returnable in the product listing

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to review return eligibility on a case-by-case basis.


4. Return Request Process

To request a return:

  1. The customer must submit a return request through the Arbsbuy Pakistan platform.
  2. The customer may be required to provide photos or evidence of the issue.
  3. The request will be reviewed by Arbsbuy Pakistan and the seller.

Return shipments must be sent through the courier service approved by Arbsbuy Pakistan unless otherwise instructed.

If the return request is approved:

  • return instructions will be provided
  • the item must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and all original accessories.

5. Seller Responsibility

If a return is approved due to seller-related issues, including:

  • incorrect product listing
  • wrong item shipped
  • defective product
  • poor packaging

The seller may be responsible for return costs and refunds.


6. Customer Responsibility

Returns may be rejected if:

  • the product was used or damaged after delivery
  • the return request is submitted after the allowed timeframe
  • the product is returned without original packaging
  • the issue is caused by customer misuse.

Customers must ensure the product is returned in reasonable condition.


7. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refund approval is subject to inspection of the returned item to verify the reported issue and confirm that the product matches the original item shipped by the seller.

Approved refunds may be issued through:

  • the original payment method, or
  • another method determined by Arbsbuy Pakistan depending on the payment type.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • refunds may be issued through bank transfer or other approved refund methods.

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.


9. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is caused by:

  • incorrect product sent
  • damaged product
  • seller error.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund when applicable.


10. Return Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to reject return requests if there is evidence of:

  • fraudulent return activity
  • repeated abuse of the return system
  • false damage claims
  • returned items different from the original product sent.

Accounts involved in abusive return behavior may be restricted or suspended.


11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between the buyer and the seller regarding a return or refund, Arbsbuy Pakistan may review the case and make a final decision based on:

  • evidence submitted by both parties
  • platform policies
  • transaction records.

Both buyers and sellers agree to cooperate during dispute investigations.


12. Limitation of Platform Liability

Arbsbuy Pakistan operates solely as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and independent sellers.

Arbsbuy Pakistan shall not be liable for:

  • product defects caused by sellers
  • inaccurate product descriptions provided by sellers
  • seller fulfillment errors.

Responsibility for product quality and accuracy remains with the individual seller.


13. Policy Updates

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time to reflect operational or regulatory changes.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.


14. Legal Jurisdiction

This Refund & Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes related to refunds or returns shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan only.
