Welcome to Arbsbuy Pakistan. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Arbsbuy Pakistan website, services, and marketplace platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

1. Platform Overview

Arbsbuy Pakistan operates as an online marketplace platform that connects independent sellers with buyers within Pakistan.

Arbsbuy Pakistan:

  • does not manufacture products
  • does not own seller inventory
  • does not act as the seller of listed products

Products listed on the platform are offered by independent third-party sellers who are fully responsible for their listings, pricing, product descriptions, and order fulfillment.

2. User Eligibility

To use Arbsbuy Pakistan:

  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Users must not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users agree to:

  • keep login information secure
  • notify Arbsbuy Pakistan immediately of unauthorized access
  • ensure all activity under their account complies with platform rules

Arbsbuy Pakistan shall not be responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account use.

4. Platform Availability

Arbsbuy Pakistan strives to provide reliable access to the platform. However, Arbsbuy Pakistan does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or marketplace services.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the platform without prior notice when necessary for maintenance, security, or operational improvements.

5. Marketplace Transactions

All purchases made on Arbsbuy Pakistan are transactions between buyers and independent sellers.

Arbsbuy Pakistan facilitates the transaction but is not the direct seller of products listed on the platform.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • product authenticity
  • product quality
  • accurate product descriptions
  • packaging and shipment preparation

6. Product Listings & Accuracy

Sellers must ensure that product listings:

  • contain accurate descriptions
  • include correct pricing
  • display genuine images of the product
  • comply with Pakistani laws and regulations

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to remove or disable any listing that violates marketplace policies or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

Sellers must not list products that infringe any trademark, copyright, patent, or intellectual property rights.

This includes:

  • counterfeit branded products
  • imitation luxury items
  • unauthorized branded goods
  • misleading brand usage

Arbsbuy Pakistan acts only as a marketplace intermediary and does not independently verify all listings.

If Arbsbuy Pakistan receives a complaint related to intellectual property infringement, the platform may:

  • remove the listing immediately
  • suspend the seller account
  • share seller information with authorities if required by law.

8. Orders & Delivery

Orders placed on Arbsbuy Pakistan are fulfilled by the seller.

Sellers are required to:

  • prepare orders within 3–5 business days
  • package products securely
  • provide accurate product weight and shipping information.

Arbsbuy Pakistan uses Trax Courier Service as the official logistics partner for nationwide deliveries.

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to change courier partners when necessary.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations and location.

9. Shipping Policy

The standard shipping rate on Arbsbuy Pakistan covers parcels up to 0.5 kg.

For products exceeding this weight:

  • sellers must include additional courier costs in the product price

Accurate product weight must be provided during listing.

Incorrect weight information may result in:

  • listing removal
  • penalties
  • seller account review.

10. Payments

Payments may be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.

Arbsbuy Pakistan processes payments on behalf of sellers and releases seller payouts after successful delivery confirmation.

11. Returns & Refunds

Return and refund eligibility is governed by the Arbsbuy Pakistan Refund & Return Policy.

Returns may be approved in cases such as:

  • defective products
  • incorrect items received
  • damaged items during delivery

Sellers may be responsible for costs arising from incorrect listings, poor packaging, or seller error.

12. Platform Communication Rules

Sellers are prohibited from attempting to bypass the marketplace platform.

Sellers must not include:

  • visiting cards
  • flyers
  • personal phone numbers
  • WhatsApp contacts
  • email addresses
  • external website links
  • QR codes

All buyer-seller communication must occur through the Arbsbuy Pakistan platform.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users and sellers must not:

  • sell illegal or restricted products
  • engage in fraudulent transactions
  • manipulate reviews or ratings
  • misuse customer information
  • attempt to bypass platform systems.

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities.

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to monitor platform activity, transactions, and seller behavior to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of marketplace policies.

If suspicious activity is detected, Arbsbuy Pakistan may take appropriate action including account suspension, transaction review, or cooperation with law enforcement authorities where required.

14. Limitation of Liability

Arbsbuy Pakistan operates solely as a digital marketplace platform connecting buyers and independent sellers.

Arbsbuy Pakistan shall not be liable for:

  • product authenticity disputes
  • seller misrepresentation
  • intellectual property violations by sellers
  • seller fulfillment failures
  • courier delays or logistics disruptions.

All such responsibilities remain with the individual seller.

15. Force Majeure

Arbsbuy Pakistan shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters
  • courier disruptions
  • technical failures
  • strikes
  • government actions
  • other force majeure events.

16. Policy Updates

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Arbsbuy Pakistan platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larkana, Sindh, Pakistan only.

No other courts or jurisdictions shall have authority over such disputes.
