Welcome to Arbsbuy, a registered e-commerce marketplace under Arbsbuy (SMC-Private) Limited, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.arbsbuy.pk and all associated features, content, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using or accessing Arbsbuy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

1. Introduction

Arbsbuy is a Pakistan-based multi-vendor and dropshipping marketplace connecting customers with trusted local and international vendors. We aim to deliver quality, affordability, and convenience across multiple categories.

Our platform includes:

  • Imported Products — directly sourced by Arbsbuy or vendors.
  • Locally Made & Branded Products — supplied by Pakistani sellers.
  • Used Products (Like New) — carefully inspected and verified before listing.
  • Certified Gems & Minerals — authentic and certified natural gemstones.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into binding contracts under Pakistani law. Vendors must possess valid business authorization and agree to comply with Arbsbuy’s vendor policies.

3. Account Registration

Customers may create an account to track orders, manage deliveries, and enjoy personalized features. Vendors must register to list and manage their products. You are responsible for providing accurate information and securing your login credentials. Misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.

4. Product Listings and Accuracy

Arbsbuy strives to maintain complete and accurate product information. However, pricing, stock, or description errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to update or cancel any inaccurate listings without prior notice. Products may be sourced locally or internationally.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices on Arbsbuy are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through secure and approved methods. By confirming your order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment option. Arbsbuy is not liable for bank fees, currency conversion charges, or third-party delays.

6. Imported Products–Special Terms

  • Imported products sold by Arbsbuy directly require a 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% upon arrival in Pakistan. These items are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the advance.
  • Imported products sold by vendors are handled independently. Vendors are fully responsible for shipping, customs, and delivery arrangements, and may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at their discretion. Arbsbuy’s advance payment policy does not apply to vendor-imported products.

7. Used Products – (Like New)

Used products are available within Pakistan only. Each product is inspected, tested, and approved before being listed. While some cosmetic wear may exist, full functionality is guaranteed at the time of sale. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, payable through Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery if the product does not function as described. No extended warranty or guarantee applies after this period.

8. Gems & Minerals — Certified Collection

Our Gems & Minerals category offers authentic, certified natural gemstones. Each item is carefully verified for origin, quality, and authenticity by trusted certification sources.

  • All sales under this category are final, meaning products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable.
  • Customers are advised to review product details carefully before purchase.
  • Certification details are provided where applicable.

9. Affiliate Program

Arbsbuy’s Affiliate Program allows users and businesses to earn commissions by referring customers to the platform. Affiliates must register through the official portal and agree to the program’s rules. Commissions are only paid on completed, verified sales.

Affiliates are prohibited from using spam, misleading advertising, or unethical promotional practices. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Local vendor orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Imported products require 15–30 business days, depending on shipping and customs clearance. Used products are delivered within 3–7 business days. Further details are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

11. Returns and Refunds

  • Local vendor products may qualify for returns according to our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Imported and Gems & Minerals products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Used products are returnable only under the 2-day functional guarantee.

12. Vendor Terms

Vendors agree to the following conditions:

  • Pay 5% commission per sale (no hidden fees).
  • List accurate product details, prices, and stock.
  • Ensure product quality, authenticity, and compliance with Pakistani laws.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints for your products.
  • Accept full responsibility for returns/refunds (if eligible) on your products.
  • Not list products in Arbsbuy’s official Imported Products section (reserved for Arbsbuy only).
  • Take full responsibility for imported items you sell (including customs, delivery, COD, and customer handling).

Arbsbuy reserves the right to suspend, delist, or terminate vendors or products in cases of fraud, repeated complaints, or policy violations.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, videos, graphics, and design—belongs to Arbsbuy (SMC-Private) Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.
  • Upload harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.).
  • Post misleading, false, or defamatory content.
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our Services.

Violations may result in account suspension, product removal, or legal action.

15. Limitation of Liability

Arbsbuy Pakistan shall not be held responsible for:

  • Inability to use our Services.
  • Unauthorized access to accounts or data.
  • Shipping delays, customs issues, or product unavailability.
  • Errors or omissions in listings.

All use of our platform is at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arbsbuy, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your actions, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

17. Updates to Terms

Arbsbuy may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our platform signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Larkana, Sindh.
