Shipping Policy—Arbs Buy Pakistan

At Arbsbuy Pakistan, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Since we deal in a variety of product categories, shipping rules may differ depending on the type of item you purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Sources

We ship products from the following sources:

  • Local Vendors (Pakistan): Products listed by vendors and shipped directly from within Pakistan.
  • Imported Products (Arbsbuy Exclusive Category): Products uploaded and managed only by Arbsbuy. Vendors cannot use this category.
  • Imported Products (Vendor-Based): Imported items listed by vendors. Vendors are fully responsible for their shipping, customs clearance, COD, and delivery.
  • Used Products (Like New): Verified second-hand items listed by Arbsbuy and shipped locally in Pakistan.
  • Gems & Minerals: Premium certified gemstones and minerals listed by Arbsbuy or verified sellers. Special shipping and handling conditions apply.

⚠️ Vendors may also sell imported products through their own shops, but they are fully responsible for shipping, customs, COD, and delivery under their own terms (Arbsbuy’s imported product rules do not apply).

2. Shipping Duration

Local Products (Vendor-Based Orders)

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days within Pakistan.
  • May vary based on vendor location, stock, and courier availability.
  • Not eligible for international shipping.

Imported Products (Arbsbuy Exclusive)

  • Delivery time: 15–30 business days depending on customs, shipping delays, and supplier handling.
  • Payment Rule: Customers must pay 50% advance and the remaining 50% upon arrival in Pakistan (before final delivery).
  • Important: Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once placed.

Imported Products (Vendor-Based)

  • Vendors set their own shipping timelines (usually 15–30 business days).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available depending on the vendor’s policy.
  • Vendors handle all customs clearance, duties, shipping costs, and delivery arrangements independently.
  • Arbsbuy is not responsible for delays, refunds, or disputes on vendor-imported products. Customers must carefully check the vendor’s policy before ordering.

Used Products (Like New – Pakistan Only)

  • Verified and tested before listing.
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days across Pakistan.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available.
  • Not eligible for international delivery.

Gems & Minerals

  • We deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.
  • In rare cases where delivery is not possible, our support team will contact you with alternatives.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions.
  • Vendors may set their own shipping charges based on courier arrangements.

5. Order Tracking

  • Local Vendor Products: Tracking details are shared via SMS or email once dispatched.
  • Imported Products (Arbsbuy): Tracking is provided after shipment from the supplier and again when the parcel reaches Pakistan.
  • Imported Products (Vendor-Based): Tracking details are provided directly by the vendor.
  • Gems & Minerals & Used Products: Tracking is shared directly from Arbsbuy once dispatched.

6. Customs and Import Duties (Imported Products)

  • Arbsbuy Imported Products: Customs clearance is handled by our shipping partners. If additional duties apply, Arbsbuy will notify customers before final delivery.
  • Vendor Imported Products: Vendors are fully responsible for customs, duties, COD, and delivery. Arbsbuy’s 50% advance + 50% on arrival rule does not apply.. Arbsbuy’s 50% advance + 50% on arrival policy does not apply to vendor-imported products.

7. Delays and Exceptions

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections (for imported items).
  • Courier issues or logistics disruptions.
  • Public holidays or unforeseen events.
