At Arbsbuy Pakistan, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction. This Dispute Resolution Policy explains how disputes between customers and local sellers are handled on our platform.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to disputes related to:

  • Product orders, shipping, or delivery issues
  • Customer–seller transactions on Arbsbuy Pakistan
  • Misrepresentation or policy violations by sellers

2. Initial Resolution Process

Customers are encouraged to first contact the seller directly through Arbsbuy’s messaging or order support system.

If unresolved, customers may escalate the dispute by emailing support@arbsbuy.pk within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Documentation Requirements

To proceed with a dispute, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • Relevant communication records
  • Proof of payment (if applicable)

Incomplete documentation may delay or prevent resolution.

4. Investigation & Mediation

  • Arbsbuy Pakistan reviews disputes within 5–10 business days
  • Both customer and seller may be contacted
  • Arbsbuy acts as a neutral mediator under Pakistani consumer laws

5. Final Decision & Compliance

Possible outcomes include:

  • Refund, replacement, or store credit (where applicable)
  • Seller warnings or account suspension
  • Dismissal of invalid claims

All decisions are considered final and binding, unless challenged under Pakistani law.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with jurisdiction in Sindh courts.
