Seller Agreement — Arbsbuy Pakistan

Effective Date: 01 October 2025

This Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Arbsbuy Pakistan operated by Arbsbuy (SMC-Private) Limited (“Platform”) and the registered seller (“Seller”). By registering as a seller, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Seller Eligibility

  • Seller must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid CNIC, Passport or registered business documentation is required
  • Accurate bank details must be provided

2. Seller Responsibilities

  • Maintain truthful and accurate product listings
  • Sell only legal and permitted products in Pakistan
  • Ensure product quality matches descriptions
  • Ship orders within committed timelines
  • Handle customer communication professionally
  • Provide refunds where applicable under platform policies
  • Maintain sufficient stock levels

3. Commission & Payments

  • Platform commission: 5% per successful order
  • Payouts released after confirmed delivery
  • Standard payout cycle: 7–14 business days
  • Deductions may apply for refunds or disputes

4. Shipping Obligations

  • Seller is responsible for packing and dispatch
  • Tracking details must be uploaded promptly
  • Delays must be communicated immediately

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Fake or misleading product listings
  • Counterfeit or illegal goods
  • Manipulation of reviews or ratings
  • False claims or deceptive marketing
  • Violation of Pakistani laws

6. Refunds & Disputes

Sellers must cooperate with dispute investigations and honor refund decisions issued by Arbsbuy Pakistan. Failure to comply may result in payment withholding or account suspension.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Arbsbuy Pakistan reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Poor performance

8. Intellectual Property

Sellers grant Arbsbuy Pakistan permission to use product images and descriptions for marketing purposes.

9. Liability Limitation

Arbsbuy Pakistan acts only as a marketplace platform and is not liable for seller product quality, delivery performance, or business losses.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Sindh.
