  • Seller verification (CNIC, Passport or business documents)
  • Automated transaction monitoring
  • Secure encrypted payments
  • Manual seller review before approval

4. Reporting Fraud

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Description of issue
  • Photos or screenshots

Reports are reviewed within 5–10 business days.

5. Actions Against Fraud

  • Account suspension or permanent ban
  • Withholding seller payouts
  • Legal action under Pakistani law if required

6. Customer Safety Tips

  • Never share OTPs or passwords
  • Verify seller ratings before ordering
  • Report suspicious messages immediately

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All fraud matters fall under Pakistani law with jurisdiction in Sindh courts.
