📜 Refund & Return Policy – Arbsbuy Pakistan

At Arbsbuy Pakistan, customer satisfaction and vendor fairness are our top priorities. This Refund & Return Policy ensures clear guidelines for handling all types of products sold on our platform. By purchasing from Arbsbuy, you agree to the following terms.

1. Local Vendor Products (Pakistan-Based)

✅ Eligible for returns if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Item does not match the description or images.
  • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

📌Return Request Deadline: Within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds:

  • Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the issue was our fault).
  • In some cases, refunds may be approved without requiring product return.

2. Used Products (Like New – Pakistan Only)

  • All used products are verified and tested before listing.
  • May show minor signs of use but are fully functional as described.
  • Sold on an “as-is” basis (may not include original packaging/warranty).

📌 Return Request Deadline: Within 24 hours of delivery, with valid proof (photos/videos).

💳 Refunds:

  • Accepted only if the item is not working upon delivery or significantly differs from the description.
  • ❌ No returns/refunds after 24 hours.

3. Imported Products – Arbsbuy Exclusive

  • Customers must pay 50% advance and the remaining 50% before final delivery.
  • ❌ Strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable.
  • Failure to pay the remaining 50% = order cancelled & advance forfeited.

⚠️ Customers must carefully read these terms before placing orders.

4. Imported Products – Vendor-Based

  • Vendors may list imported items independently.
  • Vendors are fully responsible for:
  • Delivery & shipping timelines
  • Customs & duties
  • COD handling
  • Refunds/returns (if offered by the vendor)

❌ Arbsbuy Pakistan is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or delays on vendor-imported products. Customers must check the vendor’s policy before ordering.

5. Gems & Minerals (Special Category)

  • All gems & minerals are authentic & certified.
  • Customers must review product details & certification carefully before purchase.
  • ❌ Strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-cancellable due to their high-value nature.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (unless faulty).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Local Vendor Orders: Can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, return policy (if eligible) applies.
  • Imported Products (Arbsbuy or Vendor): ❌ Cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed.

8. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To change an item, request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
